NON BRIDAL INQUIRIES
A completed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your makeup services. There is a $50 per person non refundable deposit that can be sent via Venmo or Zelle in order to secure your appointment. Kindly ensure that the remaining balance is paid in cash at your earliest convenience.

BRIDAL INQUIRES
We ask that you provide the most accurate timeline information as possible! At this early stage we understand that many timing details are still tentative/pending, but based on the information provided, this will help us best determine my teams availability for on-location makeup services!
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT (BRIDAL)
The final balance is due on the day of the event as ONE cash payment, no exceptions. The person responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person who has signed the booking contract. All payment transactions will be between the bride and the makeup artist. If bridesmaids are paying for their own makeup services then payment must be given to the bride PRIOR to starting. Failure to pay full balance on day of will result in a late fee of $150.
A deposit of $200 will be accepted only via Zelle. Please include Bride’s name, wedding date and email associated with booking.

PARKING FEES
Where parking or valet fees may be incurred, the amount will be included and due for payment on the day of the event. Any parking violations/tickets that are incurred in the parking spot provided by client in the above “client info” section will be the responsibility of the client on behalf of the artist.
LATE POLICY
A 15 minute grace period is given to all of our clients. Please notify us if you will be running late. The entire amount of the service will be due whether or not you arrive late and do or do not get the service done.
LIABILITY
All brushes, tools and products are kept sanitary. The client should report any skin conditions to the makeup artist prior to application and sensitivities before applying eyelashes with glue. Clients agree to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelations made after this contract is signed results in the forfeiture of your deposit. Brides will be responsible to pay for the amount of services agreed upon on this contract. GabsArtistry will not be liable in the event of sickness, accident, act of god, or other reasons beyond their control that may result in unavailability.
